Provides several types of cleaning services. Our most popular service is recurring residential cleaning service, which is offered twice weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, or Monthly. We also have a spring cleaning service, a move-in and move-out cleaning service, and a green house cleaning service.

Cleaning Services Explanation Cost

Initial Cleaning is charge hr and the rate $65 hr per person, if you qualify you will receive a discount according with sign options and recurring cleaning will be a fixed Price based on this estimate. Our minimum recurring Client fees are $150.00 (Weekly), $160 (Bi-Weekly), $175 (Monthly) ,or $260 for (one-time Move out/in). This covers 0 – 120m with two people.

Cancellation Policy fees.

If you cancel your cleaning services with less than 24 hrs’ notice, there will be a charge of $ 80 for short notice. If you cancel your services at the door or cannot get in, we may charge you a full price or $40 extra to reschedule to the next available spot. (no more than 3 days)
